Charlottesville Circuit Court: Directions

From 29 North:

Proceed on 29 South to the 250 East exit. Stay on 250 and proceed to the Preston Avenue intersection. Turn right onto McIntire Road and proceed to the Preston Avenue intersection. Turn left onto Preston Avenue and bear to the right to proceed onto Market Street. Turn left from Market Street onto 3rd Street, N.E. and proceed to High Street. Turn right onto High Street. The Charlottesville Circuit Court will be the second building on the left.

From 29 South:

Proceed on 29 North which merges with 250 East Bypass. Stay on 29 North to the McIntire Road exit. Continue with the same directions from McIntire Road contained in the directions from 29 North.

From 64 West or 64 East:

Proceed to the Shadwell exit. At the Shadwell exit, proceed west onto the 250 Bypass to the McIntrie Road exit. Continue with the same direction from McIntire Road contained in the directions from 29 North.

Parking:

Extremely limited parking is available at metred spaces behind the courthouse building and across the street from the rear of the courthouse. There is a much higher probability of locating parking space in a public parking garage in the 500 block of Market Street. Handicapped parking is available adjacent to the courthouse building.
