Civil - First continuance granted upon request by Clerk on agreement of all parties. Letter submitted by plaintiff or plaintiff's counsel. - Traffic/Criminal - 1st continuance on a prepayable offense granted by Clerk to officers next court date, or felony/misdemeanor by contacting Commonwealth's Attorney to schedule a hearing.
