About
The activities of the Historical Commission include preserving the oral histories of members of the bench, the bar and court administration, developing special projects, such as exhibitions, that explore Virginia's legal history, conducting symposia on various topics of Virginia’s judicial history, producing a journal of occasional papers, overseeing the writing of the history of Virginia’s judicial system, and archiving historical records and artifacts of Virginia’s judicial system.
